Entering Indonesia

According to Indonesia’s Guidelines for international arrivals, all travellers are not required to be fully vaccinated and are no longer required to present proof of vaccination upon entry into Indonesia. However, all travellers are highly encouraged to obsreve their personal health and practise good hygiene while attending Travel Meet Asia.

Visitors/tourists who require an entry visa

Certain foreign nationals entering Indonesia are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa from a Indonesian Mission/Post or eVisa.

Apply for an Entry Visa if you hold a passport or travel documents issued by visa-required countries/regions.

Local Health Protocols

In line with the latest COVID-19 guidelines, all attendees are not required to be fully vaccinated. However, all attendees are highly encouraged to observe personal health conditions and practise good hygiene at the show.

We recommend staying at our venue, Swissotel Jakarta PIK Avenue for ease of convenience to our show!

Declaration of Vaccination Status

According to Indonesia’s Guidelines for international arrivals, all travellers are not required to be fully vaccinated. However, attendees are highly encouraged to observe their personal health and practise good hygiene.

Kindly defer your travels if you have experienced the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days before departure. This may include fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell. For information on travelling to Indonesia, please click here.

Admission Rules and Regulations

Travel Meet Asia allows professionals, trade and business visitors only. Minors, individuals below the age of 18, infants in arms/strollers and members of the general public are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any times.

As this is a ticketed event, attendees are required to have a valid pass/badge with them at all times. Information about Trade Visitor Registration can be found here.

NOTE: it is an offense to swap/transfer badges. If found to have deliberately misrepresented yourself and/or others (e.g. including but not limited to the provision of false or misleading verification documents and/or information), you may be subject to enforcement action.

The Organiser and/or event staff reserves all rights to nullify and deny entry to any attendee who is found to swap badges. As such requests for refunds will not be entertained.

Dress Code

Attendees are also required to dress in appropriate business attire (i.e. no flip-flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic attire).

Attendees found not abiding by any of the regulations stated within the General Terms and Conditions will be refused access and/or have their accounts suspended depending on the severity of the offense. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person without giving a reason. This also applies to build-up and dismantling periods.

Please note that the SATUSEHAT Indonesia Health Pass must be filled out within 48 hours prior to departure. Once the form is completed, travelers will receive a barcode with their health and travel details. It is important to save a copy of the barcode, as it will be scanned at the airport arrival gates.
