As a participating exhibitor of Travel Meet Asia 2025, it is essential to ensure your company profiles for the Exhibitor Listing and Business Matching are maintained and updated.
Main exhibitors are also required to register their co-representatives and/or co-exhibitors, and assign entitlements via this template as early as possible!

- Register your Co-Representatives/ Co-Exhibitors (if any and/or applicable). Please download this template and email to exhibitor@travelmeetasia.com
- Allocate participant types (i.e. Appointment Set holders or Badge-Only or Listing-only). This will decide if they have access to Business Matching. More details coming soon!

- Send /accept /reject meeting requests with attendees.
- Deadline for submission of Additional Orders for Booth Enhancements and Swissotel Booth Service Forms

- Attend the event and fulfill your confirmed meetings in person
- Parking rate: Swissotel Jakarta PIK Avenue
By Hour
Car: IDR 5,000 Nett for 1st hour and IDR 4,000 Nett for each subsequent hour
Motorcycle: IDR 2,000 Nett for each subsequent hour

The Travel Meet Asia Business Matching will begin from:
9 June 2025 – 26 June 2025
All registered attendees attending TMA 2025 will be able to access during this period
Log in to the business matching portal to:
1) Schedule meetings with other attendees through the ‘Meet’ tab and view your meetings via the ‘My Schedule’ tabs
2) Access the Agenda to bookmark your favourite sessions
3) View the Exhibitor List and product offerings
