John Png, General Manager of Modena by Fraser Zhuankou, Wuhan, Frasers Hospitality
John Png is a passionate and results driven hospitality industry veteran focusing on the Asia Pacific marketplace. John started his career in 1998 in Dubai where he worked for predominant hotel chain, Ritz Carlton for over fourteen years at multiple locations. During his tenure, he held various leadership roles in the Front office and Operations. John later continued his endeavors with the Capella Group in Singapore for over 5 years in Rooms Division before transitioning to his now current company, Frasers Hospitality.
John has been transformational within the Frasers Hospitality organization working throughout China as a Senior Leader and General Manager. In his current position for the last 2 years at the Wuhan, China location, John has done a tremendous job navigating the current COVID circumstances by implementing several proactive operations procedures tailored to keep his guests and staff safe.
Christopher Horn, Vice President Operations, SIXTY Hotels
Christopher Horn is a results-oriented leader with over 15 years of hospitality industry knowledge and dedication to work each and every day. Chris started his hospitality career at the Cape Cod Premiere Resort, Chatham Bars Inn where he gained valuable experience in nearly every department with in the hotel. He later moved to join prestigious Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he spent nearly 4 years in various Operations focused positions. During his tenure, Chris consistently exceeded budgeted productivity goal & increased productivity. Chris then joined Denihan Hospitality Group where he was a leader in Corporate Operations and gained valuable experience.
Most recently, Chris has spent the last 2+ years with Sixty Hotels where he assumed the position of the Vice President of Operations. He also has assumed responsibility over their flagship, Lower East Side location as General Manager. Chris has done an exceptional job remaining open during the COVID 19 pandemic. Sixty LES has been housing many frontline health care workers and is proud of the health & hygiene safety measures which has supported his 0% infected status.
Nikhil Nath, Founder & CEO, Knowcross (Moderator)
Nikhil Nath is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Knowcross, a company he set up in 2002 with the aim of modernizing hotel operations with technology.
Nikhil’s professional career began at Goldman Sachs in 1993. In 1995, he joined the now Deloitte-owned Monitor Company as a strategy consultant, dividing his time between the company’s offices in Hong Kong, London, New Delhi and Paris. In 2000, Nikhil joined Antfactory, a London based technology fund that invested in the first wave of internet companies.
