Entering India

According to India’s Guidelines for international arrivals, all travellers should be fully vaccinated as per the approved primary schedule of vaccination against COVID-19 in their home country.

Visitors/tourists who require an entry visa

All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa from an Indian Mission/Post or eVisa.

Apply for an Entry Visa if you hold a passport or travel documents issued by visa-required countries/regions.

Declaration of Vaccination Status

According to India’s Guidelines for international arrivals, all travellers should be fully vaccinated as per the approved primary schedule of vaccination against COVID-19 in their home country. Attendees may be requested to present proof of vaccination prior to entering the show halls. All attendees are also highly encouraged to wear masks and practice social distancing.

Kindly defer your travels if you have experienced the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms or are feeling unwell in the last 7 days before departure. This may include fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell. For information on travelling to India, please click here.

Admission Rules and Regulations

ITB India | MICE Show India | Travel Tech India allows professionals, trade and business visitors only. Minors, individuals below the age of 18, infants in arms/strollers and members of the general public are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any times.

As this is a ticketed event, attendees are required to have a valid pass/badge with them at all times. Information about Trade Visitor Registration can be found here.

NOTE: it is an offense to swap/transfer badges. If found to have deliberately misrepresented yourself and/or others (e.g. including but not limited to the provision of false or misleading verification documents and/or information), you may be subject to enforcement action.

The Organiser and/or event staff reserves all rights to nullify and deny entry to any attendee who is found to swap badges. As such requests for refunds will not be entertained.

Dress Code

Attendees are also required to dress in appropriate business attire (i.e. no flip-flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic attire).

Attendees found not abiding by any of the regulations stated within the General Terms and Conditions will be refused access and/or have their accounts suspended depending on the severity of the offense. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person without giving a reason. This also applies to build-up and dismantling periods.
