As a participating exhibitor of ITB India 2025, it is essential to ensure your company profiles for the Exhibitor Listing and Business Matching are maintained and updated.
Main exhibitors are also required to register their co-representatives and/or co-exhibitors, and assign entitlements as early as possible on the Exhibitor Portal!

From May:

- Login to the Exhibitor Portal to update your Company Profile for the Exhibitor Listing.
- Invite your Co-Representatives/ Co-Exhibitors (if any and/or applicable)
- Allocate participant types (i.e. Appointment Set holders or Badge-Only or Listing-only).
- Invite your team or clients to the event by redeeming your Complimentary Trade Visitor Tickets using the promo code sent to you. If you did not receive the promo code, please write to us at exhibitor@itb-india.com.
*Steps 2 & 3 are applicable to Main Exhibitors only.
August:
-
- Login to the Business Matching Portal.
- Send /accept /reject meeting requests with attendees.
- Deadline for submission of Jio World Convention Centre Booth Service Forms and Additional Orders for Booth Enhancements
On 2 – 4 September:
- Attend the event and fulfill your confirmed meetings in person

The Exhibitor Portal will be launched in end May! Main Exhibitors will receive an email containing their login details from this date.
The following tasks can be completed on the Exhibitor Portal:
1. Update Company Profile for the Exhibitor Listing
2. Allocate entitlements (such as appointment sets) to co-representatives and co-exhibitors (if any).
- Once the entitlements have been allotted, appointment set holders will be able to send 1-to-1 meeting requests using the Business Matching System from 19 August with Buyers and Trade Visitors within the available appointment slots.
Note: You will receive an email from “info@itb-community.com” containing your Login Details. Please ensure that you mark “info@itb-community.com” and “xp@gevme.com” as safe senders to receive your login details and One-Time Passwords (OTP).

The ITB India Business Matching will consist of two (2) rounds.
From 11 August 2025 – 4 September 2025
- Only Exhibitors with Appointment Set and Buyers attending ITB India will be able to access during this period
From 18 August 2025 – 4 September 2025
- All registered Exhibitors, Buyers, Trade Visitors and Speakers attending ITB India will be able to access during this period
