2. Vaccination Recommendation
Based on India’s latest health guidelines, attendees are highly encouraged to be fully vaccinated.
3. For International Attendees: Plan your Visit to Mumbai, India
For information on traveling to India, visit the Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India’s website. Kindly stay up to date with the visa requirements and India’s Border Control Measures. You may apply for an e-visa here.

4. Book your Travel and Accommodation
Finalize your accommodation, visa requirements and/or Travel Insurance on our Travel Booking Platform to enjoy complimentary shuttle services to the venue.
5. Pre-Schedule Meetings with our Exhibitors
Manage your calendars ahead of time!
View and arrange meetings with Exhibitors and other relevant parties, as well as allocate time for workshops/sessions in your calendar. Login to our Business Matching Platform with the Login Passcode sent to you from networking@itbasia.com.sg from mid August.
Contact visitor@itb-india.com if you have not received your passcode.
6. Download the Event Mobile Application
Gain seamless access to all event information, agenda, schedule and your pre-scheduled meetings in the palm of your hands when you download the ITB India 2025 event app!
The application is available on both App Store and Google Play Store.

7. Pre-Print Your Tickets
- Your E-Badge will be sent to you via info@itb-community.com 1 week prior to the show. Kindly print your badges ahead of time to avoid the queue onsite.
8. Attend your pre-scheduled meetings and conference!
Not showing up for your meetings is not a pleasant experience. Do re-arrange your meetings or contact the meeting party ahead of time using the “ITB India 2025” mobile app if you are unable to attend the meeting!
