Entering Singapore
Travellers must satisfy the these General Entry Requirements as well as adhere to the latest travel requirements and advisories before you can be considered for entry.
There are no longer any COVID-19 measures for travellers arriving in Singapore from 13 Feb 2023, regardless of vaccination status or traveller profile. Travellers must ensure that they fulfil all other general entry requirements below.
IMPORTANT: All travellers must fill in the SGAC declaration up to 3 days before arrival. Only Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders entering via land checkpoints do not need to fill in the SGAC

Visa
- Short term travellers holding a passport or travel document from a visa-required country/region must apply for a Visa
- Visa-required travellers can use the Visa-Free Transit Facility for stay of less than 96 hours in Singapore, if eligible
- If you require an invitation letter, kindly write to us at visitor@itb-asia.com. Kindly ensure that you prepare your Passport Details as well as proof of payment as a confirmed attendee.
Travelled to countries/regions in Africa and Latin America with Yellow Fever Risk
Produce an International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever, if you have visited any country at risk of Yellow Fever transmission in the past six (6) days before arrival in Singapore.
Travellers must serve quarantine for up to six (6) days on arrival if they cannot meet the requirement. Quarantine also applies to those who are ineligible to receive the vaccination e.g., children aged one year and below and individuals with contraindications.

SG Arrival Cards
Please note that the paper-based disembarkation and embarkation card for arriving foreign visitors has been discontinued with effect from 27 March 2020.
Foreign visitors are required to submit the electronic Health Declaration Card (eHDC) via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service before clearing immigration up to 3 days before your arrival in Singapore.
Kindly defer your travels if you have experienced the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days before departure. This may include fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.

Admission Rules and Regulations
ITB Asia | MICE Show Asia | Travel Tech Asia is a business event and only professionals, trade and business visitors will be permitted entry. As such:
- The minimum age for entry is 18 years. Individuals below the age of 18 and infants in arms/strollers and members of the general public are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any times.
- The dress code for the event is business attire (i.e. no flip-flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic attire).
- This is a ticketed event. Attendees are required to wear a valid pass/badge at all times.
- It is an offense to swap/transfer badges. If found to have deliberately misrepresented yourself and/or others (e.g. including but not limited to the provision of false or misleading verification documents and/or information), you will not be permitted entry and/or have their account(s)/badges suspended.
- Registrants that are deemed in conflict with the nature of business, spam or fraudulent profiles will not be permitted entry and/or have their account(s)/badges suspended.
Other guidelines to take note of:
- All registration for the Event is irreversible. All registration fees will not be refunded for any reasons.
- No information material of a political nature may be brought into the venue in the form of posters, information material, apparels etc. If found to possess such items, the attendee will be escorted out of the venue and/or have their passes immediately revoked.
- In line with the SMMs applicable to MICE events, attendees are no longer required to be fully vaccinated.
- Attendees are advised to maintain hygiene standards by covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue or handkerchief and disposing of used tissues properly in the dustbins provided in an orderly fashion.
- Avoid visiting the exhibition venue if you have a high temperature or are not feeling well.
Attendees found not abiding by any of the Admission Rules and Regulations stated above and/or within the General Terms and Conditions will be refused access and/or have their accounts suspended.
The Organiser’s decisions in all matters are final. The Organiser reserves the right to nullify, cancel, reject and/or refuse your registration or admission as well as remove any person without giving any reasons. This also applies to build-up and dismantling periods. In such cases, requests for refunds will not be entertained.
