Interested to meet the right buyers at ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia 2024?
As a participating exhibitor of ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and/or Travel Tech Asia 2024, it is essential to ensure your Company Profiles for Exhibitor List and Business Matching are maintained and updated. Exhibitors should submit all service forms by the stipulated deadlines to avoid surcharges.
Main exhibitors are also required to register their co-exhibitors and assign entitlements as early as possible on the Exhibitor Portal.
Exhibitor to-do list
From July:

- Login to the Exhibitor Portal to update your Company Profile for the Exhibitor Listing.
- Invite your Co-Representatives / Co-Exhibitors (if any and/or applicable)
- Allocate participant types (i.e. Appointment Set holders or Listing-only). This will decide if they have access to Business Matching.
*Steps 2 & 3 are applicable to Main Exhibitors only.
September:

- Login to the Business Matching Portal
- Send /accept /reject meeting requests with attendees
- Booth Design/Furniture/Technical Equipment orders – end of advanced rates
By October:
-
- Deadline for submission of Marina Bay Sands Booth Service Forms
On 23 – 25 October:

- Attend the event and fulfill your confirmed meetings in person

IMPORTANT:
All Service Partners/Contractors working in the booth constructions, freight forwarding services and Audio-Visual set-ups, must attend a mandatory MICE WSH Industry Briefing conducted by MBS MICE WSH team. Those who’ve yet to attend this session will not be allowed to work in MBS. You will be contacted by our Official Stand Contractor and/or the venue to attend the briefing in-person closer to date. You may not be required to attend if you have attended the briefing in past years based on the venue’s records.

According to Building Control (Temporary Buildings) Regulations 2018, for any structure measured at 4m from ground or having any surface larger than 10sqm in area are considered as “Temporary Structure” which require an approval from Building & Construction Authority (BCA) before construction of the temporary structure.

Please consult your Structural Engineer or Professional Engineer for application and approval of the necessary permits. For more details, you can visit BCA website: https://www1.bca.gov.sg/regulatory-info/temporary-buildings-application/faq-on-temporary-building
- All load bearing structures (regardless of ground supported or ceiling hung) will need a Professional Engineers (PE) Endorsement

The Exhibitor Portal will be launched in July! Main Exhibitors will receive an email containing their login details from this date.
The following tasks can be completed on the Exhibitor Portal:
1. Update Company Profile for the Exhibitor Listing
2. Invite Co-Exhibitors and Co-Representatives
3. Allocate entitlements (such as appointment sets)
- Once the entitlements have been allotted, appointment set holders will be able to send 1-to-1 meeting requests using the Business Matching System in September with Buyers and Trade Visitors within the available appointment slots.
