Entering Singapore

Travellers must satisfy the these basic requirements as well as adhere to the latest travel requirements and advisories before you can be considered for entry.

Singapore has further eased entry requirements – all non-fully vaccinated travellers entering from 28 August 2022, 2359hrs will no long require to under a 7-day SHN upon arrival nor be subjected to PCR tests.

Travellers must still test negative on a Pre-Departure test within 2 days before departing for Singapore.

IMPORTANT: In line with the newly updated Safe Management Measures (SMMs), all attendees are no longer required to be Fully Vaccinated – the use of the TraceTogether mobile application for contact tracing and to show proof of vaccination in Vaccination-Differentiated settings (VDS) is no longer required.

Additional Entry Documents (if required)
Visitors/tourists without a Singapore Long-Term Pass

Apply for an Entry Visa if you hold a passport or travel documents issued by visa-required countries/regions.

Travelled to countries/regions in Africa and Latin America with Yellow Fever Risk

Obtain a Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, if not you will be subjected to 6 days quarantine on arrival.

SG Arrival Cards

Please note that the paper-based disembarkation and embarkation card for arriving foreign visitors has been discontinued with effect from 27 March 2020.

Foreign visitors are required to submit the electronic Health Declaration Card (eHDC) via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service before clearing immigration up to 3 days before your arrival in Singapore.

Kindly defer your travels if you have experienced the onset of any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days before departure. This may include fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.

Short-term visitors must ensure they have travel insurance covering COVID-19, with at least $30,000 of medical coverage. Read the COVID-19 insurance and medical treatment page for details.

Local Health Protocols

There are no quarantine or COVID-19 testing measures for fully vaccinated travellers and travellers aged 12 and below. In line with the newly updated Safe Management Measures (SMMs), all attendees are no longer required to be Fully Vaccinated – the use of the TraceTogether mobile application for contact tracing and to show proof of vaccination in Vaccination-Differentiated settings (VDS) is no longer required.

Admission Rules and Regulations

ITB Asia | MICE Show Asia | Travel Tech  Asia allows professionals, trade and business visitors only. Minors, individuals below the age of 18, infants in arms/strollers and members of the general public are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any times.

As this is a ticketed event, attendees are required to have a valid pass/badge with them at all times. Information about Trade Visitor Registration can be found here.

Dress Code

Attendees are also required to dress in appropriate business attire (i.e. no flip-flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic attire).

Attendees found not abiding by any of the regulations stated within the General Terms and Conditions will be refused access and/or have their accounts suspended depending on the severity of the offense. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person without giving a reason. They should only resume their travel when they test negative, and at least 72 hours from the time they first test positive.

If you are symptomatic on arrival, you may be directed to take a COVID-19 test or other requirements as instructed by officers. Each Antigen Rapid Test (ART) administered will cost S$30, while each COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction Test (PCR Test) will cost S$138. Find out more here.

Closest Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) trainCE1/DT16 Bayfront Station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line, Exit C, D or E.

Bus Services

Marina Bay Sands is serviced by the following bus routes: 

  • 97 / 106 / 518 / 133 / 502 (every day)
  • 97E / 502A / 518A (every day except Sat, Sun & public holidays)
  • NR1 / NR6 (late night Fri, Sat & eve of public holidays)

The following bus stops are located at Marina Bay Sands on Bayfront Avenue:

Two street underpasses and the Garden Bay Bridge over Bayfront Avenue link between the Hotel side and the convention centre, theatres and retail mall side.
