Entering Singapore

Travellers must satisfy the these basic requirements as well as adhere to the latest travel requirements and advisories before you can be considered for entry.

Singapore has implemented a COVID-19 Vaccinated Travel Framework to facilitate the resumption of travel. This new travel framework replaces previous SafeTravel Lanes such as the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL), and applies to all travellers entering Singapore, including Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents.

Singapore’s border measures are categorised according to travel history, age, and vaccination status. All travellers aged 13 and above are required to be Fully Vaccinated*. As such, you are no longer required to take and COVID-19 tests to enter Singapore.

Click here for a full step-by-step traveller checklist according to your vaccination status.

*To be considered fully vaccinated, travellers aged 13 and above must have taken at least one dose of Janssen/J&J, or at least 2 doses of AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Moderna/Spikevax, Covishield, Novavax, Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY, Sinovac or Sinopharm. Mixtures and boosters of these WHO EUL vaccines, and recovery from COVID-19 with vaccination, are also acceptable. For full definition of acceptable vaccinations and dose intervals for entry to Singapore, refer to the section on acceptable COVID-19 vaccinations for entry.

Important: The above guidelines are subject to changes as the COVID-19 situation develops. In line with the newly updated Safe Management Measures (SMMs) applicable to MICE events, all attendees are required to be Fully Vaccinated – the use of the TraceTogether mobile application for contact tracing and to show proof of vaccination in Vaccination-Differentiated settings (VDS) such as in events with >500 attendees is mandatory.
