ITB Asia 2021 will primarily be a physical event, complemented with virtual components such as on-demand conferences, live streaming and a knowledge library designed as an added value for greater outreach.

Exhibitors of ITB Asia 2021 may enjoy benefits of the physical event from 27 – 29 October 2021, with value-added benefits for the virtual event, happening from 1-5 November 2021. Companies interested in exhibiting may select between complete stand packages or space only options. For every 9sqm purchased, exhibitors are entitled to:

a) Physical Exhibition Component

  • One (1) 9sqm Basic Shell Scheme Physical Booth
  • One (1) appointment set with a total of 33 meeting slots with buyers & visitors
  • Access to physical conference sessions

b) Virtual Component (complimentary)

  • One (1) Digital Exhibition Booth – one (1) each for the main and co-exhibitor (if any)
  • One (1) appointment set with a total of 15 meeting slots
