    Re-evaluate all processes and procedures to ensure systems are in place to make sure SOPs are followed. install technology to allow hotels to cope with the increased demand that will come when recovery is here – I forsee hotels being hot with high occupancy immediately when travel commences and many will be left behind short staffed due to the furloughs happening globally. Technology is needed to streamline the operation from the get-go.

    Create Direct Market Strategies and adapt the message to different moments of their recovery plan + adapt cancelation policies + identify new issues towards information needed by the traveller + never forget they need to inspire users and offer the solutions for that user to book direct. The opportunity is great as the user needs more comfort that other less personal channels cannot give them
