Re-evaluate all processes and procedures to ensure systems are in place to make sure SOPs are followed. install technology to allow hotels to cope with the increased demand that will come when recovery is here – I forsee hotels being hot with high occupancy immediately when travel commences and many will be left behind short staffed due to the furloughs happening globally. Technology is needed to streamline the operation from the get-go.

Create Direct Market Strategies and adapt the message to different moments of their recovery plan + adapt cancelation policies + identify new issues towards information needed by the traveller + never forget they need to inspire users and offer the solutions for that user to book direct. The opportunity is great as the user needs more comfort that other less personal channels cannot give them

Hello from Helsinki! Heart Globally, hoteliers are actively demonstrating they have capabilities to offer Hybrid and Virtual events — Hotel pre-openings, opening campaigns and to visualise refurbished meeting space for existing and new customers.

Industry forums e.g. IMEX America, ITB Berlin, IBTM Barcelona and others will now use both hybrid and F2F meetings in the next few years for site presentations. In this way, we help properties update at once all relevant data in real time and even as an online app anywhere, anytime. Register here to cohost: https://visualizervisit.visualizer360.com/webinars

In the next few weeks, you can show your hotels in a 360-degree panoramic, interactive, multimedia virtual site visit<b style=”font-size: inherit;”> <b style=”font-size: inherit;”>at no cost for a trial period! See

Engage your clients successfully during pandemic lockdown

Where you could use Visualizer presentations:

    * Showcase meeting space to event planners in RFP proposals to highlight best features of meeting spaces i.e. natural daylight, high ceilings, no visual restrictions such as pillars, existing AV; projector, screens, and any new features.

    * Add link to your offers by email, sharing the exact information your customer is asking for

    * Organize webinars at any time, giving your customer the chance to review the facilities at any time

    * Give Onboarding to new team members using Visualizer to explain all the features of the hotel

    * Specify the link to your Cvent, booking .com etc profile to give full updated information to customers

    * Copy and embed the link to your own website

    * Share newsletters or social media; add link with your post to give more information to customers.

Would you like a quick zoom call soon? Have a lovely weekend!

    Cheers,
    Sheila
