How does this view change the way we run business events in times of (post) COVID-19? As we are working towards reviving MICE in a New Normal where some of the old practices and mindsets may no longer work, we need to fundamentally rethink what we are doing, how we are doing it, and, especially, why we are doing it. This knowledge will help us more likely to succeed in recovering the MICE industry.
